Let's face it. Star Wars is a lot about wish fulfillment. When stuck in that pesky rush hour traffic who wouldn't fantasize about reving up a pod racer and flying over it all with a deep thudding roar to punctuate your passing to your hapless landbound fellow commuters?

With this thought in mind I giddily waited for Pod Commuting to load. The film was fun, but didn't match my happy fantasies. The production quality of the available film is fairly poor and distorted, so I couldn't even get a good screen grab.

The script was funny, full of good Star Wars in-jokes, including refering to the protagonist as "employee 1138" after George Lucas' first film, THX-1138.

Overall, a fun film that will undoubtedly haunt me next time I'm stuck in traffic.
